    I'm Sensei Robert Shah-Ashworth and have been training in Karate since 2002. Currently a Godan (5th Dan grade achieved in November 2024) I am working on the next step of my journey, the Rokudan (6th Dan) grade.

    I'm so passionate about Shotokan Karate and find the benefits to people of all genders and ages never cease to amaze me

    Over the years our school has become more of a community of happy, balanced people, dedicated to the pusuit of excellence whilst having a lot of fun along the way
